The City of Carrollton app is only compatible with iPhone 6 and newer versions at this time.
The Carrollton app is for anyone who lives in, or visits, the City of Carrollton, Texas. The app has integrated image recognition technology to enable users to report issues to the city by just snapping a picture with your smartphone and submitting it to Carrollton for review. Additionally, the app allows users to search and view specific restaurants and businesses in Carrollton and even has a way to add your very own likes to help personalize your experience. The Carrollton app will be continuously adding other city services from the city so keep it handy as we work to increase the number of features.

Awful initial version
Downloaded. Tried to create a new acct but gave me a message to use existing acct. tried my credentials for access to water bill but that didn’t work. Called the city for support. They told me to use the app store to contact the dev team. Tried that but the screens that came up were not centered on my iphone SE screen & were unusable. I have no idea if my problem report was submitted or not. Epic fail Carrollton.

Thank you for letting us know and we did confirm that some of the features in the the app (including registering) are only compatible for the iPhone 6 and above. We appreciate your feedback and because of this, we have added this compatibility statement to the app store description so other users with older iPhone devices don't have to go through the same issues.
Exciting Times In Carrollton
This is a great step forward for Carrollton. I would like to see the events calendars incorporated into the app and promotion of upcoming events, such as next week’s Citizen’s Evening. My hope is that the app will also serve the city’s marketing needs and not function primarily as a promoter for our wonderful businesses.
