The previous bank we were at closed our account without our knowledge due to fraudulent use, which they couldn’t prove when we asked them to do so. This happened after 20 years of being with them. City Bank has been so helpful and friendly and when we walk in we see smiles and friendly attitudes like we failed to see at our previous one. Keep up the great job City Bank we sure did a great job choosing you as our new Bank.

It is impossible to navigate the app because the main menu is broken. This means you’re not able to pay your mortgage because on the mobile version, the menu doesn’t appear correctly after selecting “Mortgage”, and beyond the main menu you can’t navigate anywhere else within the menu because of this bug. The same thing happens when you try to use the web experience instead of the app, and they offer no way to convert to the full desktop version on mobile as a workaround. This should seriously be illegal and feels completely wrong. It’s been this way for months. I’ve never written an app review before but I’m hoping that given the severity of this issue, someone over there will see this and fix it. You need to check your app- all parts- for usability. This is inexcusable. Fix it.

The Citibank app is easy to use and easy to navigate. You can do almost anything online through the app like making payments or making deposits or simply transferring money from one bank to another.
It’s always nice to use an app on your phone where they have thought of just about everything you would need to do to manage and maintain your bank accounts and payments to your mortgages or your car loans and I give a thumbs up.
