Description
Citibus Access is a public transit service for people who are unable to use regular fixed-route buses because of a disability or a disabling health condition. Citibus Access paratransit transports eligible riders from their origin to their destination in wheelchair-accessible vans. Citibus Access meets the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and eligibility is based on criteria established by the ADA.

Very disappointing
This could have great potential. However, to get a ride seems impossible! I even stayed up until midnight to book my ride for today and nothing would pop up! It continued to say “out of service hours” or an option would pop up and then quickly disappear. So not only am I tired, but I am still unable to book my ride! Thanks. For nothing.
accessibility problems
This app have lots of accessibility problems with screenreaders. The destination isn't read properly. The Gps doesn't seem very accurate, and times are over 2 hours to get a ride in most places. Not good if they plan to compete with Uber and Lyft. rides are becoming harder to obtain.
Life changing
This service means so much to me! Its hard for me to get places because my leg but now its so much better. App is easy to use thank you thank you
