Cirque Coffee 4+

Cirque’s method of ordering is not only very easy, it is incredibly efficient for when you’re out running errands or wanting to sneak out of the house for a few. Their coffees are absolutely delicious and service is quick and friendly. If you’re a fan of great drinks and breakfasts without the hassle of getting out of the car or waiting in long lines, Cirque can’t be praised enough.

First of all, I like Cirque Coffee. But the App ordering model for on the go convenience is kind of dangerous and for me 50% of the time doesn’t work anyways. I find myself generally thinking about wanting a coffee while I’m on the highway going to work, so I pull out my phone to order on the app and when it works it’s great and easy, but when it doesn’t it’s a roadway hazard. It freezes up much of the time for me, or when I’m checking out it just doesn’t seem to register the order and I worry it will finally process and I will have ordered 27 coffees from hitting the checkout button so many times in highway frustration. I usually just give up and pass their exit. Today I drove in anyways to see if I could just order a coffee at the place. I sat at the window for quite awhile considering no one was in line and multiple people were in the store. They seemed confused. Someone finally slid the window back and I asked if I could order a coffee and the answer was “we only accept orders through the app”. So I left. There was a $7 mocha in my cart when I deleted the app forever.

I have never had any issues using the app for Cirque. This is the only way they take orders at the 14th & Utica location. It also appears to update in real time for items they may be sold out of or not serving. As for the coffee - I mean I like it. That is for you to decide. But the service has always been fantastic.
