Multitasking is needed

Everything is fine but u have to add the multitasking in the App, when changing the App and comeback again u lose everything and start over again!! It is really annoying.

Horrible and infuriating

This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had using an app that should make it easy to spend money. But it seems they don’t want you to be able to reserve tickets or pay for them. What an awful application that is designed to make you give up and go book tickets somewhere else.

Password recovery process!

The latest update's requirement for dual verification via email and phone number for password recovery is frustrating. Having changed my phone number, I can't access the OTP, leading me to delete the app permanently. This inflexible process needs reconsideration for a better user experience.
