App crashes, slow response and impossible to book

Apparently its the website and app. Both need to be reviewed for slow response times, lack of user friendly interface and overall experience

Too slow & add iPhoneX support & can’t login

Hi,

The App is taking too long to start & please add support for iPhone X & I can’t be able to login because when I do , the app crashes. I tried again & again to login but can’t.

Too slow

I was a regular customer of cinepax and was happy when i heard about the app. But sadly i found it too slow and buggy. One thing I expected but that's missing is the pinned trailers to the movies. How can i book for a movie if I haven't seen it's trailer? Please look into this on updates.
