I’m store poster stated free taco for signing up on the app but there was no way to claim that. In store poster also said that existing points will carry over to the app but that did not happen. I’m store register also “cleared” all my points after I signed up for the app. Personally, I see no advantage to the app over previous in store points.

First it makes you create an account, then you get an error saying an account doesn't exist, and then use google maps to find a store because it doesn't know where you are or ask for your location. Oh dang made a mistake on my order, swipe left to go back? Just kidding pick restaurant again. Then you create another account, oh wait you've ordered from here before with that email? Just kidding can't check out as guest have to log in. Which account? The one I just made? No some other account I used way back when I ordered from their website ages ago. Oops, already filled out your payment info? Do it again! Anyways. Was hoping for a revamp because I hated the old app, still not good.

I am not a good enough writer to properly express how frustrating this app is. Nothing works right. Just go into the store and order in person—or order from Chipotle instead. Their app isn’t great but it’s better than this trash. Oh, also, the privacy label is a lie. It says the developer does not collect any data from this app, but of course it does. You have to create an account with your phone number and email address to even use it.
