Description
The Chi MPEA Tax App gives Chicago taxi drivers an easy way to buy stamps to pick up passengers at the Midway and O’Hare airport terminals. With this app, you can create an account using your driver’s license and buy Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority (MPEA) stamps.
You can display stamps on the app to be scanned. You can save payment information and see the stamps you have bought and used.

Won’t scan back of DL
I try scanning the back of my Wisconsin Driver License and it will not scan. Just gives me an error box that something went wrong. Very frustrating.
won’t recognize my email
… just can’t get it working,won’t recognize my email so I can’t reset my password in order to use it.
Update. problem solved andnew app is working great! five stars!

Sorry you're having trouble getting started. It sounds like at some point there was an e-mail address that's different from the one you have now registered with your driver's license number. If you can send an e-mail to revenuedatabase@cityofchicago.org with your driver's license number and what your current e-mail address is, we will send you a code to reset your password on the new app.
Passwords
I am trying to create an account I put in my password with 14 characters the first four of them in capital letters four numbers and one special character still did not accept my pass word. There is a bug in this app.
