Chartistic - Charting App 4+

I have experienced a bug when entering data which occurs when i enter and amount that is under the minimum. This bug activates a pop up that says “The value entered is lower than the minimum value.” This pop up comes back every time i close it and forces me to restart the app which makes me lose my data please fix this and it would be a 5 star app it is very easy to use and I love it.

What? A free app that is brilliantly designed and doesn't bombard you with ads? Yes. At least as of this writing (Jan. of ‘21), Chartistic has no ads and costs $0. Yet it works beautifully. I wanted a graph to display my download speeds over 10 years. Chartistic was a snap to use - there is essentially no learning curve, at least for someone familiar with the basic concepts. The interface is very simple and about as intuitive as any could be when attempting to capture elementary statistics.

It presents data as graphs, bar and pie charts, and you can switch between them with one click. The visual display of your data is excellent - clear, professional, and respectful of good statistical communication methodologies - it encourages non-misleading information. Plus, it gives you a few aesthetic choices and allows for altering (within a reasonably accommodating range) values etc.

Now, this is not a powerhouse app. You are limited to fifteen stats along the graph..if I’d needed to project 16 years of internet performance, I’d have to look elsewhere. But for what it’s designed to do, Chartistic does it with exceptional elan. This is a great little app.

I was searching high and low for a charting app that was both effective and aesthetically pleasing (perhaps not important for all, but you have to admit it doesn't hurt!). This app definitely delivers. I love it and can't imagine using anything else. I do wish there was an option to show the full label on different points (if over a certain number of characters it will put "..." between the first letters and last. But that's not such a big deal that it would impact the score I give it.
