Intuitive and simple
The ChargingRewards app is easy to use and makes sure I’m always charged up. Some apps I’ve used seem to overcomplicate the set-up process but found this to be simple and straightforward!
Warning for EV6 owners
Do not use this if you own a Kia EV6! ChargingRewards' rapid-fire start-stop charging causes the car to "wake up" repeatedly -- sapping the 12V battery -- and because of the known issues with the EV6 12V charging, you'll quickly end up with a dead starter battery and a trip to your local dealer. Again.
It's not worth $10/month of gift cards.
Effectively bricks your home charger
I’ve had my car plugged in for 26 hours straight at this point with zero kWh delivered.
No gift card upon signup, no charging rewards, no customer service.
There has not been a single representation that this company has made to me which has been shown to be true.
