Description
ChargeSmart EV is the home of the most innovative, robust and feature-rich cloud-based software platform for managing electric vehicle charging stations, their interaction with utilities and the driver experience.
The ChargeSmart App uses location-based services to allow drivers to easily find, access, and securely pay for EV charging. Drivers can search for and locate elec-tric vehicle charging stations based on location, station ID, availability, power level provided, and accessibility.
Start charge sessions simply by scanning QR codes or entering the desired station ID in the app.
With the ChargeSmart electric vehicle charging app, you can also:
• Monitor your current charge sessions in real-time
• Get phone notifications as soon as your EV is finished charging
• Make secure payments
• Favorite locations that have easy access to your commonly used EV charging stations
• Receive an email receipt of your EV charging transactions
• View a history of past charging sessions
• Report drivers that abuse charging station use

So far, so good!
I’ve had limited experience with this company and these chargers, probably about a dozen opportunities to use them, but to date everything has worked well. Its easy to find stations, easy to identify (in the app) which station I’m using, and connection and disconnection have been quick and easy as well.
Not bad charger
This work great I’m in a pinch. I was able to use it and I’m very grateful that you were available when I needed to have my car charged up. So thank you so much. It wasn’t too difficult which I like they let you know exactly what you’re gonna be charged they take $30 which isn’t great but they make sure they have enough that you can you know the hold isn’t that bad I’ve seen them be up to 50 or $60 which is ****. So it’s not that bad for a charge anyway. You can get an RF ID card if you need to in order to you know make it easier to swipe on the station which is really a nice feature as well. They’re very updated and monitored stations. I used the one over at Fairfield Inn in Binghamton, New York and I was very happy about it. So you just scan a codeand it takes you directly to the app or if you have the app it will take you right to there too, and make it easier to pay just plug-in go
Berkshire Mountain Resort EV fast charger
It nice that there is another fast DC charger in the Berkshires. Only issue I see is it takes couple steps to begin the charge process to begin.
