I love the new features! I haven’t had any issues with it, and I like how much I can do within this single app.
I’m switching banks!
Last month I couldn’t pay my bills until I spent 45 minutes on the phone with a customer service agent getting registered for the new bill pay site. One month later and I doesn’t recognize my log in credentials. Tried to change my password and it changed the password for the other site instead. And I can’t pay my bills. Again. Of course the have ridiculous contact hours. I’m done with this bank. I’ll take my business to a bank that cares about its customers.
Terrible app
I am thinking of getting a new bank because this app has made the functions that used to be quick and easy into a huge headache. The transfer section is especially awful. I had to go to the bank in person to make an important transfer because I could not easily add an external account to my information. In addition, the new app doesn’t have the notes that I had written about transfers I made, so I can’t tell what they were for. I am so irritated and beyond frustrated!
