The WilsonPro Cellular Network Scanner + CellLinQ App is a sophisticated yet simple site survey scanning system that provides comprehensive measurement, data collection and data management tools to any technician or installer deploying cellular repeater systems, IoT, M2M or cellular routers. May be good, but not rich enough to find out
This app is intended to be used with their signal analysis meter which sells as a kit for ~$1,250.00 and comes with the code required to activate this app, so unless you can afford the $1250.00 to get the kit it’s non functional. It appears you can buy additional activation codes for $99.00, but it is unclear what it will do without the kit including the meter device.
Oh well, looks nice, but not for the average user ;-)
3 stars because I can’t evaluate, but the description does state that it requires their meter kit so stupid me!
Live View
Live view is gone!
This is the primary reason to buy this unit.
I used it to align antennas.
Hit or Miss
I got this to speed up the installation of Cell boosters and Cellular Internet,
The scan mode works 60 % of the time and live mode has worked 3 times, all the other times it says Meter Hardware Failure and time restart.
Tried multiple iPhones with the same result.
For the premium price I surely expected something reliable. Will be returning if tech support does not reply to my emails
