Ratings and Reviews
Very nice people, but terrible app, pricing structure and reservation system.
The people on the plane and at the gates are very nice, but the app is terrible and how they run the business is terrible.
They keep updating the app and it never gets any better. Always difficult to use and pretty much the worst travel that I’ve ever used.
They show one base price but when you try and book it bounces around and the prices almost always goes up. I can’t imagine that the company doesn’t have enough money to get a decent app created area. course you could never talk to anybody, so you’re just kind of screwed if you try and book something and it doesn’t go right.
Another good thing is when they change your schedule they give you an opportunity to accept or change it. If you’re lucky enough to book both segments of the round trip at a reasonable price then you can get a really good price.
I think if they could fix the app, it would make a world of difference.
Criminal Business Practices
Always hate using Cebu because of how grimy they are (in terms of business practices). Perfect example of a polished pile of garbage. They work hard to look nice but work extra hard to steal your money and make things inconvenient for the customer.
The website doesn’t work properly when you “migrate your existing account” or whatever. Basically you HAVE to download their dumb app in order to login to edit your bookings.
Then the app doesn’t let you request a reimbursement to your original payment method. It has the button but doesn’t let you select it. It just selects the “travel fund” option and you are forced to go with that option.
Everything is built to steal your money and ensure they disappoint you. And of course you cannot complain since they disbanded their customer support. Probably because they didn’t want to take so many calls from customers complaining on how awful they are.
You’ll get better customer service from the 46 year old 3 time divorced minimum wage worker on the night shift, who without fail, spits in people’s food if they ask for extra ketchup.
Wow what a Terrible Company
I viewd a flight and when I went to book it it switched from mnl to ceb when I originally viewed ceb to mnl. I booked it thinking I booked from ceb to mnl and when I noticed right after booking I tried to have the problem resolved but they said there is nothing they can do and would not do anything to help. I would have been fine if they changed the ticket or refunded so I could rebook the correct origin and destination but they just said you booked it and that’s that. I am disputing the charge and leaving this review as I can’t believe a company can be so terrible. Shane on you cebu pacific. You’re business practice is boarder line criminal and I will only use you as a last resort in the future 🤬
