Q:Why not see menu item even enable extensions?
A:This is mac bug not mine.As i know you should relaunch your Finder.

10.14.6 No extension in Finder
Do not see CD To in settings->extensions->Finder or settings->extensions->Finder Extensions.
Relaunched Finder and still not seeing that option.
Please fix that. Thanks.
