CCU Premier 17+

CCU Premier is a modern mobile application of CCU Premier banking service, and is designed to provide limitless financial services to customers. Customers can perform transactions anytime and anywhere via their smartphones without having to visit any CCU Bank branch office.

HOW TO REGISTER:
It is very easy to register for CCU Premier. Once you’re already open the Individual Savings Account, Current Account, Premier Account and Elite Account at CCU Bank branch and bank allowed you to access CCU Premier banking service, and then you can perform registration process as below:
1. Open "CCU Premier" app
2. On introduction screen you can tap button Next or Skip to proceed next screen
3. On Terms & Conditions screen you need tap on button Agree to process continue
4. Enter Your valid Bank Account Number and Date of Birth then tap on button Next
5. Tap on “Request OTP” to get verification code via SMS (OTP code will be sent to your phone number that registered and bound with your account in Banking System)
6. Once you received the OTP code, please enter OTP code and tap on button Submit to continue
7. Enter new “User ID” (Combine letter and number) to create
8. Enter new password and confirm password to create
9. After enter User ID and Password, and then tap on button Next to continue
10. Enter Email Address and Tick on Agree checkbox and then tap on Create Account to continue
11. Enter PIN to complete the Registration process.
12. Once your registration has been completed, you can use User ID and Password that you created during registration to login into CCU Premier mobile banking application and enjoy more features.

SERVICE FEE:
CCU Premier is FREE for all basic banking features. We may impose charges for certain services of the app. Please contact to our CCU Bank staff for more details.

SECURITY:
To provide the customer convenience and security, we put it as our top priority while developing the application. We ensure you that no information on your transactions or accounts details is stored on your mobile device or SIM card. Therefore, even if your phone is lost or stolen, your bank account is absolutely safe and protected. At the same time, we cannot guarantee stable and safe operation of the application on a rooted or jail broken mobile device or with customized (modified) operating system.

The service is applied to Individual Savings Account, Current Account, Premier Account and Elite Account and invited only. Terms and conditions are subject to change at the Bank's sole discretion without prior notice to customers.
