Description
Looking for a little extra motivation? CCP Motivate is an app supporting the Motivated Mondays program for members of Concierge Choice Physicians.
Each month, you’ll tackle a different mini-resolution like abstaining from sugar, limiting screen time or challenge yourself to add a positive behavior, such as increasing exercise or developing gratitude. At the end of the year, you will hopefully have kicked some bad habits and developed a few good ones too!
The CCP Motivate app keeps you informed and helps you track your progress, so download the app and get started!
### HOW TO GET STARTED
- Download the app and enter your Invite ID (you’ll get this from the CCP team).
- Sync data from the Health app in one easy step.
- Finish creating your account and say hello to us so we know you made it!

Problems
When my CCP app was not responding to my Apple Watch I put in a second steps for my entries but now since the last update it is responding to the Apple Watch again. I need to get rid of the one that responds only to my inputs which I do when my watch is on the charger. I’ve been told I cannot get rid of it. I cannot believe I’m the only one that has ever run into this — it would be very Beneficial if I could delete the second one.
