I have been using this App for quite some time and now because I changed my phone, like the other person who commented, it doesn’t work. Unlike the other person, I went to the bank in person and one of your staff tried a lot to assist me, called someone else for help but she couldn’t fix the problem.

Can’t get it to work no matter how many times I call 951! They simply don’t know how to fix an issue. Just because I changed a phone!! Terrible app and support!!!
