Catholic Prayers : Official 4+

I like this app. I have gotten away from the Catholic Church and even been angry at God for the illnesses and bad luck my family and I have gone and are going through. But the thing is, I need God. I need to be reminded that every one suffers from something, we are not the most only ones. I got ill, thought it was over but got fixed up. Been meditating so I am thinking better. However life is like a three legged stool, if one leg is gone you’ll be taking a fall. I got one leg fixed, the physical. I got the second leg fixed, the mental. Now I am getting the third and most important fixed, the spiritual. This app has nice prayers and helps to reflect on the great gift Christ gave us. On the intercession of the Holy Mother, and the saints. I used to meditate and pray the rosary every morning. It really helped me balance everything. With this app, I am back at it. But now I am doing it during my day as well.

In general, Being blind, I am unable to use a traditional catholic prayer book unless it is available in braille. Although there are braille prayerbooks, these are very few and difficult to come bye. This application allows me to unobtrusively participate in the mass, impersonal meditation in prayer, as well as to lead others and teach others as part of my catholic evangelisation. Although some of the buttons are not labelled, and that voice-over does not read them properly, after some practice a blind person can use this application. This being said, I fully believe the developer will look into this so that we can get this application out to as many Catholics throughout the world as possible. I am happy to see the new kids add on to this app. They have added songs, short animated clips for kids to watch. They have many prayers to chose from. I like that I just have to go one app and I have access to litanies, the rosary, novenas, prayers to saints and to Jesus. You can also click on the star and make them our favorites for easier access too. Have all your daily go to in one place. In this app I learned new prayers I had not done before too. It’s a good app to use with the whole family. I can’t wait to see what else they add under kids section since it’s fairly new. Hope they add more songs like the ones we sing during mass.
