Catchin' Sync is a utility for video & audio professionals and enthusiasts alike.
In most video playback or monitoring situations different codecs and display types as well as hardware cause a delay between the video signal and the audio signal. Be it a professional video edit or sound mix environment, or a home theatre setup, Catchin' Sync makes it a breeze to determine the amount of sync delay between your video and audio devices.

It's so easy to use and doesn't require any propriety test files or special formats. Just any sync event on screen can be used.
Though, we do provide great test files in many formats for you to use on our site: https://quietart.co.nz/catchinsync

Great app for syncing home theater

My home theater does quite a bit of audio processing and my TV has an unknown amount of input lag. This app helped me sync audio and video quite quickly. It is an expensive app for what it is but I didn’t see any obvious alternatives.

Wow, fixed my 3 year issue in 5 mins

Ok, I was annoyed at $20, but oh man is it worth it. UI could use work and the slider bar took a min to understand, but it gets the job done. I’ve been dealing with a sync issue ever since I replaced my TV and receiver, never got the timing right. 5 mins with this and it fixed my issue instantly. 100% recommend to anyone having sync issues.

Amazing!

I never write reviews, but there’s not many for this $20 app. Saved me SO much timing calibrating lip sync on my new receiver. Read the instructions to line up video and audio and it gives you the extract millisecond offset! Love it.
