Description
The CarsArrive Mobile application is a fully functional tool that allows an auto transporter and its drivers the ability to perform the following actions:
•Track and Review Assigned, Picked Up and Delivered Shipments
•Search by VIN and Load ID
•Create and store Electronic BOL and Proof of Delivery
•Record and report all status changes (Pick Up, Delivery, etc.)
•Email and fax completed electronic Bill of Lading and ePOD
•Establishes GEO Stamp (longitude, latitude, timestamp) on each status
change and signature event
•Enables photography of vehicle and embeds photos in ePOD and Inspection
•Records Loose Item inspections of vehicle
•Records damage to each panel of vehicle
•Obtain Signatures at pickup and delivery
•Review previous inspections
•Email and Fax copy of inspection

What is going on with ios 13???
Ok, seriously, what is happening with this app on iOS 13??? My camera shutter button has disappeared, so I can’t check cars in or out, and this is even after the latest update that was supposed to fix this issue (yes I’ve logged out, deleted and reinstalled the app, it doesn’t help). Not to mention vehicle info doesn’t even show up on the screen if you’re running Dark Mode, only shows when You are using Light Mode. Like seriously, how?!?! The app is completely useless to me right now, which makes me unhappy, makes my customers unhappy. Hopefully fixes can be made available soon, otherwise I’ll have to completely stop using Carsarrive.
FIX THE APP PLEASE
This app itself is not too user friendly, the other problem is after updating to IOS 13 the camera shutter button disappeared and now I am unable to take pictures using the mobile app. Aside from that, sometimes my
Photos won’t upload & even when I click “sync all” in the pending section still no photos uploaded. Very unreliable app.. please fix these bugs
Great for protecting your company
Works great no issues except when entire system is down its technology it’s going to have hic -ups most important the option to take pics is great for protecting your company from damage claims!!
