The Careforth app connects caregivers like you with healthcare professionals so you can confidently care for your loved one at home. The Careforth app allows you to manage your loved one’s care all in one place to ensure you feel supported at every turn.
You can use the app to:
• Communicate with your care team anytime through our secure messaging
• Track your loved one’s care
• Receive support for your caregiving needs
• Manage your daily appointments and medication reminders
• Share and store important documents and files
• Alert your care team immediately if an incident occurs
Our app is for caregivers enrolled in one of Careforth’s caregiving programs.

• In questionnaires and events, when you are asked about a time, you will no longer need to enter the seconds.
• When changing your password, the confirmation text was enhanced to more clearly state when a ‘reset password’ link was sent to you.

Ratings and Reviews
Contact information, web pages visited, and duration of time on each page
Contact information, web pages visited, and duration of time spent on each page are basically intrusive measures not really needed for analytics. If Vela does not intent to use these in the general sense but only while actually using Vela and within the Vela page, why then the general broad wording used in the consent pages? This consent form needs REVISION.
Difficult To Sign In
Some changes in the app are easier, however, there have been too many tomes that I could not sign in to complete needed work. Either the app shows an error code when signing in or the app will simply not sho sign in availability at all even when swiped down to reload the page/phone turned off and rebooted/wifi rebooted. What can be done to fix this issue? App and phone have already been updated.
