The iTREAT asthma app helps individuals keep track of their asthma symptoms between regular clinic visits via short weekly multiple choice questionnaires.
This app is only available to patients of participating clinics. Participants must be invited by the clinic team to be able to login to the app.
All data will be available to the care team.
