【About App Permissions】
To ensure better product experience, Carbinox Pro APP will use the permissions to access your Bluetooth, location, phone calls, text messages, contacts, call history, and accessibility services, and the App will obtain the message push content through [Accessibility API], realize the message push function, and push the message content to the smart watch .
This aims for a faster and more convenient using experience of CARBINOX. Carbinox Pro APP cannot view, upload or save any of your private information.
Notes:
Carbinox Pro APP is currently compatible with VORTEX , it is expected to ensure compatibility with more upcoming models.
Carbinox Pro APP is not compatible with the others old models.
Carbinox Pro APP supports the HealthKit app. You can view your Health data through HealthKit

Firmware Update Problem
I checked to see if there was a firmware update and all it would do is buffer. I’ve lost all watch faces. I deleted the App and reinstalled it, and it still has the same issue. Is this an App problem or is my new watch the issue. I’ve only had the watch for about two months. Developers please help!

*if you have audio issue***
I am very much tired of all audio automatically going to the watch that should be a feature you can select if you want but not automatically. I am unable to find anywhere on troubleshooting guide or anything else that explains how to turn this off.
******I just found in setting on the actual watch go to sounds and audio and turn of the media option and it fixes this issue*************
Other than that this watch is good2go. I highly recommend for any one wanting size, style and durability to a smart watch.

Options
What I don’t like about the watch is the contacts it only lets you put 100 not the rest of your contacts from phone & also it dose stay sync to phone when walking away from if phone is being charged have to keep syncing to phone every time but I will say the watch made mostly for like construction or like hiking not for every day use great durable watch.
