iphon6 conect with camera dash but setting camera from iphon not work??

When acc off dash camera didet take photo

Please sole it
When acc off dash camera go sleep mode and didet send photo only send shake warrning message other thing when acc off my remote conection dident work (my sim card is ok on acc on and i can see my car)
