Description
Camellia is a research study app designed to provide women's health and sexual wellness information and resources relevant to women in Alabama. This mobile app is intended for informational, educational and research purposes only. No content in this app is intended to substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. While we do have board certified health care providers on our team, we are not YOUR health care provider. Participation in this app does not establish any kind of patient-client relationship. Although we strive to provide accurate general information, the content presented in the app is not a substitute for professional advice. Always seek the advice of YOUR physician or another qualified health care provider in your area with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or treatment and before undertaking a new health care regimen, and never delay in seeking medical treatment because of something you read on this app. If you think you may have a medical emergency, immediately dial 911.
