Description
In order to make the process easier and faster for your arrival into the Kingdom of Cambodia, the General Department of Immigration has developed a new system for all travelers to prepare and submit all necessary documents in advance.
The new digital form includes the Electronic Visa On Arrival, Immigration Form, Health Declaration and Custom Declaration.

DO NOT USE FOR LAND BORDER CROSSING
I originally planned to fly to Cambodia but my flight was canceled. Lao Airlines instead put us on a van and the (useless) staff told us we to complete our e-visa here before crossing the border. At Cambodian immigration, they refused to accept this e-arrival visa saying it was only valid for air arrivals. Complete waste of $36 USD. The app itself works quick and easy. Only improvement is to add message notifications. If you miss something on the application, they will message you in the app asking for additional documents but there are no notifications to let you know you received a message. I was lucky I noticed.
Worst E-Arrival App
I travel a lot, but I live in Cambodia. This app constantly fails. Copies wrong data. Doesn’t give options to choose as an expat/ resident. Forces us to choose departure dates. Chooses random airline names instead of the one we input. I’ve had to download and install this app five times. It’s also not intuitive if you have to do it more than once. It’s just glitchy, unless you use it once and it’s your first time using it.
Add profile is down
The app needs you to create a profile to do anything of value, but when you submit the profile it says internet connection issue. Which is weird, because I can submit this review.
The app looks nice and modern, but it has unnecessary features that seem to make it slow.
It’s fine to make your app pretty, but first, please make sure it works!
