The Cloud Is a Joke

I am paying the 7 day cloud storage fee which is around $5 a month however, nothing is stored past current day that I can find. We had an incident and I can’t even find it bc the recording isn’t out there. Annoying! The app is very glitchy when multiple users are trying to access the camera view.

Works fairly well—excellent picture to photo

I can have a good picture, connected to WiFi, turned off motion detection , just trying to figure out how to change viewers. Can’t figure out how to sign out with this apple phone in order to allow another to sign in.

Will not connect to new phone

I had it working and it was pretty good but my iPhone died and I got a new one with a new number but now I cannot connect to the new phone because the camera is still linked to the old number and there is no way to clear it that I have found.
Cleared app cache and reset camera but it still prompts that it is connected to the old number.
