Ratings and Reviews
BEWARE: Apple, App Developer will take your money you didn't intend to give when they OVERCHARGE YOU
be extremely careful with these companies, Apple and Air Apps One. Apple allows them to take extra money that doesn’t belong to them and keep it. When I saw this calories tracker air, I thought it looked like a good app. And as I was purchasing it, I noticed that it said that it comes with 40 other apps actually 40+ other apps. So you’re getting a subscription to a subscription. You paid $9.99 and you get access to all of their apps. So I downloaded the task app, but I noticed that it charged me $9.99 for it again. So I wrote to air apps one. These poor victims, they are unable to make Apple do the right thing and return money that isn’t theirs or apples. They say they have no control of the money so they can’t do anything. I’m sure they were sad. So I decided hey I’m gonna go to the big guys, Apple themselves. I explained to them that when I purchased the calorie tracker air subscription that it came with 40+ other apps. They didn’t know anything about it. They didn’t wanna know anything about it. But I took him to the App Store and on the bottom part where it says more I pressed on it and it showed that it comes with 40+ other apps. they didn’t seem very responsive to helping me, so I asked them to join my phone so that I could show them where it says in the App Store where it comes with 40+ apps. Then I took them to the air apps one website where it could not be any clearer to them that you pay $9.99 for all their apps that they own. In fact, I showed them this sentence on the webpage and I’m copying and pasting it here
. "Air Apps One bundles 40+ apps into one easy subscription. Only $9.99 / month." I think it may have confused them. because even after seeing that they still refused to give me back the extra $9.99 subscription fee that they stole from me on the same day for the same air apps one subscription. They said it’s beyond the control. Poor, poor, poor, Apple because it is the third party app. So I think you’re allowed to be robbed by all the third-party apps in the App Store and they would not do anything.. you would think they wouldn’t want to be dishonest so there has to be something else. Oh yeah, they get 30% on all apps to developers who make over $1 million in sales. They couldn’t give us our money back, not even the 30% commission that they take. I’m sure they wanted to, but who really wants to give back money after they robbed it. Apple is a very, very poor company. according to Perplexity, they only made $391 billion last year at the end of 2024. They need that 30% or $3.00. That’s why they rob other people of their technology because they just can’t afford it. have you ever watched the movie "better off dead". It is a very funny movie. But they have the psychopath boys who wants their two dollars. So they keep on saying, "I want my two dollars " followed by two dollars every few seconds But please dont forget the poor developers, being victim to a payment system that makes them take 70% of that extra $9.99 when it clearly isn’t theirs. I think they may be depressed about it. Two robbers in such a dilemma where there forced to take money that doesn’t belong to them. That ix their right except they were not forced and I don’t think these develloperswere either. If the developers didn’t think they couldn’t do anything about it,that they would’ve at least paid back the extra $9.99 in the hopes that you would not drop the first one and remain their customer. I don’t think so because they didn’t do that for me. They are following the trend today, where customer service doesn’t mean anything anymore. Remember the day when you would take care of a customer when they did something for customers who received something that
was broke or didn’t work right or they overcharged you. It used to be they went beyond the call to make thing right and companies were morally just. but not any longer. That was so yesterday and We are living in very sad days. If you like to keep the extra money you past your bills, dont shop here. They will take it and so would their bank, Apple Bank and trust and you will never see it again.
Response to Developers Responcd:
I dont know how I coukd have billed it to 2 seperate users. My username is P as in Paul R as in Romeo. O as in Oscer F as in Feline I as in India L as Lover E as in Echo and R as i. Romeo. 1970 @. Comcast. Dot Net i do not see how i could made myself 2 accountsn. And on my bill,
It ia showing Calories Air and Task Air right next to each other on Febuary 6 for $9.99 each on my apple account. I do not have another Apple username. So
It does not make sense for me to get billed twice when they arethe same bill with the same apple id. It makes me angry that neither Apple or Air Apps One wont even offerto call the developer or the developer call Apple. It upsets me because you all have no interest in customer satisfaction. You both must really need the money bad that you want to keeon money that is not yours. We are entering the AI texhnology ans you say you cant ca or send an email to kne another. I am going to use this Review along with a picture of my bill showing how i was double billed on the same day to every review site that I can leave one on so I can help someone else get ripped off and not have the ability to get the matter reaolved. I know it is mutually beneficial to reject a claim like mine. You get to keep $7 And apple keeps $3
If they are usiing their commision
Charr.
THERE IS NO ACCEPTABLE REASON THAT APPLE AND AIR APPS ONE SHOULD BE ABLE TO
KEEP THE MONEY THAT I
WAS DOUBLE CHARGED FOR
YOUR MULTIPLE USE APP SUBSCRIPTION
Developer Response ,
Hello,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We understand how frustrating unexpected charges can be, and we’d like to clarify a few things to help.
The Air Apps One subscription does indeed provide access to all of our apps under a single subscription, as long as the same Apple ID is used across them. The subscription is linked to your Apple ID, so if you downloaded another app in the bundle and it didn’t recognize your subscription right away, you can go to the app’s settings, find Air Apps One, and click Restore Purchase to activate your subscription on that app.
If you were charged again, it’s possible that there was an issue with how the subscription was recognized. Since all payments and subscriptions are managed directly by Apple, we unfortunately do not have control over billing or refunds. If you believe you were incorrectly charged, we recommend reaching out to Apple Support at support.apple.com, as they handle all subscription-related billing.
We truly value our customers and always aim to provide a fair and transparent experience. If you have any further questions or if we can assist in any way, please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@airapps.co. We’d be happy to help.
Best wishes,
Ana Rita
