Best app I have found so far

I have tried several law apps for my job. This one seems the best one so far. You can save codes and use it off line. It make is somewhat easy to find the code you are looking for.

I paid for this app but it doesn’t work

I would like a refund. I paid for this application but it never opens no matter how many times I remove and re-download, restart my phone, etc.
