Many of us have found working from home can make it difficult to create barriers in our day, ultimately leading to an imbalance in work and life. Budgeting our time, whether it be daily, weekly, monthly, or even yearly, will help give us a sense of where we’re stealing time from to get other things done. After tracking the time we spend over a certain period of time, we can reflect on where our time is going and potentially make changes to align with what’s most important in our lives. Additionally, what we do with our time is constantly changing. Maybe we want to ensure we make time for what’s important, but realize something unexpected always comes up. We need to be able to handle these changes accordingly while still protecting our time to what’s most important.

* Log time either in app or via your favorite iOS shortcut (example shortcut can be found in settings to get you started).
* See where you spend your time over the course of a given month.
* Budget on a daily basis so you can ensure you're spending your time where you want. Just like a financial budget, but with time!
* Export your time log to CSV to view and manipulate data in a spreadsheet.
