App works.
The app works pretty seamlessly but it doesn’t feel as intuitive as the website. Categories are all listed under the search tab for example, Which is fine really, but where you’d expect to find links are not the same as the web site. Still love BRS. Just ordered a small AIO cube to revamp a salty adventure l.
You can’t read reviews.
I enjoyed using the app until I realized you can’t read user reviews of products. To me this is the most important feature of an e-commerce store and what I rely on to make my purchasing decisions. In fact, it’s probably why you are reading this review right now before downloading the BRS app. Also, BRS needs to work on the search criteria and product recommendations. This is a complicated hobby snd knowing what works best together when you buy it makes all the difference. I would also like to see a way to setup subscriptions to products I need to reorder on a continual basis like salt, ro cartridges, fish food, filters, etc. The app should make ordering easier, faster and more intuitive. I think BRS gets an A for effort but has a long way to go here. With that said, I wouldn’t shop anywhere else and hope to see these features in upcoming releases.

They are your one stop shop for reef tank gear ! They make it very easy to order what you need . It’s even better they know what they are selling, I continue to learn and succeed from watching the content BRS creates!
