The Buff Bros were the first fitness influencers that taught me everything to know about Better Understanding of Food & Fitness. I’m so happy they started this app. They have their own workout programs from their books, which you can follow along at your pace. Track your progressive overloading, work, muscle recovery, and choose from hundreds of exercises. Some improvements that can be made with the next update would be to replace workouts in program with a similar recommended option just in case your home gym doesn’t have the required equipment. Another fix is to be able to delete a workout from your history. Other than that, I think the app is awesome! Great job guys! Get that Apple money!

I have been following buff dudes since the beginning and I own every single one of their programs. I have got awesome results every time I follow the program, and these new plans they added on this app are an entirely new level of awesome! This app was WELL worth the wait and I cannot recommend it enough! No matter your goals or fitness level they have an option for you. The demonstrations are very detailed and easy to understand, the programming is on point, and the app is very clean and easy to navigate. Thank you Buff Dudes for getting this app out and I can’t wait to grind out these programs and share my results with the buff dudes and buff grrls community 💪
