BTS WORLD Season 2 12+

I was deeply in love with the first BTS World and was devastated by its loss. Then Chapter 2 came out and OMG, it is AMAZING. You still get to relive the original story which has been so nostalgic, but there are so many new things to do as well! Having an animated lobby with the members is so adorable, plus you get to customize rooms for them! There are so many original cards alongside a bunch of new ones. One of my favorite parts is BTS Land where you build a little themed city and get to place cute little creatures in it. You can also visit friend’s!! There are lots of free opportunities to get gems and items, but the paid gifts are hugely worth it too. This has already become one of my all time favorite mobile games!! If it’s this good now I cannot wait to see how it grows!!! 🥹💜🥰

The content is the same, but the experience is not; I miss the interactions you’d get from the cards… the little phone calls, the stories…. So far this has been disappointing. All stories are like chats now, pretty much, there’s not new content as of yet (or even the old one that wasn’t used). Everything is recycled and not in a better way than it was before. The game is also super laggy and slow, and too expensive! Sure, lots of things you get for free, which is nice, and you can absolutely play it without any purchases. But the thing is, I’d actually buy some In-Apps if they weren’t THIS expensive. $70 for some diamonds? Come on… I can buy like 3 physical albums with that and get real photocards. But for inapps in a game that crashes and lags? Absolutely not. Don’t understand the point of Member Rooms here and improving the relationship, as it gives nothing apart from some diamonds (not even a lot of them either)

Another thing: too much is going on at once, it’s hard to keep track of everything, and it’s not fun to play anymore. Also the lack cohesive alternative universe stories is a big downgrade from the previous versions. The way they’re scattered all over is annoying.

While I have had fun playing this, it is extremely overcomplicated. I was a big fan of the original game and it seems like a rehashing/edit of the first game rather than a “season 2.” I’m sad that they took out a lot of the fun of the original stories, as well as the mobile phone feature. I’m not a fan of the “BTS Land” concept, it seems completely unrelated to the story and unnecessary. The “Timekeepers” too!

A lot of us who loved the original game hated the card draw system and honestly feels like they took none of our complaints to heart and made it even worse here. I must have spent like $500+ on the original game and my 5 star collection was still not good enough to let me advance in the game past a certain point. I am already facing the same challenges in the new game.

On top of that, it feels unfinished to me. The game is extremely laggy and clicking anything results in the animation or video stuttering plus a loading symbol. It takes forever to do anything because of the lag. Drawing shards is so boring because it takes several minutes each time. I thought at first it was just because I started playing right at launch time, but the lags persist.

I think this one needs to go back to the drawing board!! Bring back the simple charm of the old game, please.
