Don’t believe the 4.5 stars review
At least twice in a single month of use, I’ve unlocked e scooters to realise that they don’t work. There is an option to message them about the complaint and they will reply that the refund will be processed but it never does. The scooters themselves are often janky due to poor maintenance. I can hear parts violently shaking inside when I’m on moderately bumpy surfaces. The only positive in my opinion is that this is a necessary tool to use along with the Riyadh metro. But if Riyadh metro ever decides to implement these services like in London or Guangzhou, this could be done a lot better.
Also, I don’t believe the 4.5 stars rating because when you read the reviews, there are several negative reviews. It should mean that there are many users who rate 5 stars without writing a review. A common sign of paid reviews.
My son got injured
I don’t need a fully working electric scooter app but the safety is not top priority to customers.
My 9 year old son got injured last week with strong bruises on his legs after he fell down on the ground from the scooter because it suddenly turned off due to zero balance without even notifying him about the remaining time or warning him that the scooter will stop after couple minutes or so.
