Helpful App for SMB

This app is an incredible tool for businesses of all sizes to communicate with customers before, during and after a transaction to ensure customer satisfaction. Go Broadly!

Great idea, but sticky app on IOS

We’ve been using Broadly for years and like all the features it offers. My only complaint, and it’s an important one, is that I find their iOS app sticky. When I get a notification that a client has texted and clicked to open Broadly to respond, all I frequently get is a white screen. I’ve talked to Support about this several times, but the only way to resolve it and get it to work normally for a while is to delete the app and reinstall it. Otherwise it’s a great concept.
