Ratings and Reviews
Does what I need it to do
I was easily able to setup a schedule for my driveway flood lights. The lights turn on as the sun is going down and turn off before bed time so I don’t blast my neighbors with light
problematic product
The device that I’m using is a dimmer switch. When it’s working, it works great. However, there is a bug or a flaw in its brains. if you set the dimmer to 1% light and it runs that way for a while and then you tell the dimmer switched to turn off the lights. It’ll turn off the lights good. but then the next morning it will stop listening to the network even though the switch claims it’s on the network no blinking lights indicating loss network. In fact in my network switch, I can see it there. However, it just will not respond to anything until I switch the main breaker for that light switch off and back on. I don’t have to power cycle, my network or anything else, and it comes back to life and starts working. It loses its brains from the point of the smart app or Alexa or anything over the network. physically it functions like a normal old-school light switch. fix the product firmware.

Can’t create an account
Installed product and now trying to use app to control product. When I go to create an account the app says “sorry, there was a(n) error in setting password for user,” and it won’t create an account. I’ve done all the basic tech stuff like restart phone, delete and redownload app, double checked the password standards and requirements, and I still get the same error message.
Seems like this app needs to be updated and/or something on Eatons end needs to be fixed. Until then I give this app a one star - zero star if I could. Depending on how this is resolved I’ll update my review.
