Description
Breathe Simply guides you instantly to intentional breathing. It consists of a simple screen with a circle that times your cycle through breathing in, pausing and breathing out. There is an option to pick a photo to use as the background picture. There is the ability to view the history of Breathe Simply sessions.
When the screen first opens, use the preset values or set your preferred time in seconds for inhalation, holding and exhalation, and how many times you wish the cycle to repeat. Version 2.0 adds an optional second hold between exhalation and inhalation. Use the volume buttons on your device to set the sound level. Once set, click the Start button and the settings buttons disappear. Simply follow the marker around the circle, or set aside your device and listen to the voice prompts guiding your breathing.

Does Simple Better!
This App is so simple but that is what makes it special! The idea of breathing and meditation to keep the mind and body in harmony needs to be assisted by something that keeps one’s mind calm and focused to achieve optimal results. This app does it by giving you something to focus on which calms the mind down and has a simple breathing system which allows you to focus on your breath. I feel if used daily this app will deliver both short and long term benefits. Thank you!
So Simple !
I’ve used many different breathing apps recommend to me by others, but they were just too complicated ! This app is so easy and takes no time to input any information. You simply download the app, open it and it’s ready to use. Literally making breathing simply :)
In-spired!
I first saw Breathe Simply in beta form and was inspired to join the effort to make it available. The developer’s “zero friction” approach to guided breathing, with the app’s single screen, no sign-up and absolutely minimal settings, make it one-of-kind. His commitment to offering the app for free and without ad support mean the user’s only cost is the time spent breathing under its guidance!
