terrible design, doesn't actually work
It takes forever just to register. They make you fill in a bunch of information that has nothing to do with making payments. It doesn’t support Apple Pay so you have to add all the cards which are already in your apple wallet. If you’re a business thinking of working with this company to handle your payments, I would definitely recommend you look elsewhere. Even with a totally captive audience whose only option is to pay with this app, most will choose not to buy your product at all rather than deal with this. I'm extremely persistent and actually made it through the sign up process, but of course the app is broken and I can't actually buy anything with it. I wasted so much time for nothing.

Waste of time
Registering took forever and you have to manually type in you card, but they don’t actually charge you card for your purchases, they make you take money out of ur bank account to then put into an in-app breasy balance?? second time I tried to use it, it told me that another device logged into my account, so I couldn’t log in, despite this device being the one I registered on! I have to change my password, but I have to do it from another device? the app doesn’t seem to have a login on the internet so I have to do all this junk on a friends phone? in general this all doesn’t make any sense.
Not working no matter what I do
I want to buy a snack. The machine shows up in the queue. I click on it and all it says is select what I want from the machine but there is nothing to select and the timer runs out. I even tried adding money to my wallet and it still wasn’t working. I checked all the tutorials and videos and I’m doing what it tells me and nothing is happening. Now I’m €5 down and no snack…
