App not working
iOS App has suddenly quit working on both iPhone and iPad. Get a name/password error message. When logging on with browser on computer, login and password are correct and I can access account.
App not working
Cannot log in on the app as it gives incorrect user/password error message. Recognizes Face ID but still get error. Use same user and PW on computer and can get logged in there. App doesn’t recognize them.
