Thank you for your review. It appears you have mistaken the purpose of this app. It is meant to be used in conjunction with the Aktiia app. The BpExtract app does not connect to the device but scans the pdf reports. Please ensure you consult our documentation and feel free to request a refund from Apple.
Bug in importing report ignores 1/2 the readings.
Please note that the import ignores 1/2 the readings in the report generated by Aktiia. Aktiia report has two columns per page in the monthly report it generates. The BP extract seems to only take readings from the left column and hence ignores 1/2 the readings that are in the right column of the Aktiia generated monthly report.
Please fix bug to read data in both columns on the Aktiia generated monthly report.

Excellent App
I was able important all of my Aktiia data into Apple Health in a few minutes with this app. I just created a report in Aktiia for each month, and then used this app to scan the reports and upload the data to Apple Health. It works great and quick. Thanks.
