Takes money your money gives nothing in return

The gameplay is fun but drop rates seem fixed where you only get certain 4 or 5 characters so far. I just paid for the battle pass and two other packs in the in game store but have not received anything or unlocked anything. It keeps giving an error if I try to re buy them with non existent money because they took the payments already. Frustrating.
