Bonsai Care App 4+

So far, so good

I’m looking forward to using it through the seasons. Hopefully it will help me keep on top of tree maintenance throughout the year. It is a little frustrating to have to login every few days or so, but I’m not sure that’s the app’s fault.

5* app!

I really love this app a whole lot! There are a few ideas I’d recommend.
1st being able to search your trees so you don’t have to scroll to find them.
2nd being able to put trees into the indoor/outdoor category during specific times of the year.
3rd setting your own personal reminders other than just the water,fertilize, pests, etc.
4th minor bug fixes when every time you click on a reminder check mark it resets the screen and resets you at the top instead of being able to click multiples of them before it resets you at the top.
5th you guys are doing a great job! You made a bonsai app that is super available and affordable for the masses. I recommend this app to everyone who practices bonsai! I look forward to seeing this app grow!

Worth the money. Just the kind of thing I’ve been looking for.

Requests:

1 it would be great if trees could be in multiple collections and /or we could add searchable tags. I would love to have the same tree in my Native Californian collection and my main collection, or if I could search by native, or by stage of development.

I tried entering the info into various Tree Info fields but only the name and species and custom species seem to be included in the search.

2. A field for a link to more info would be great, esp for species that are not already in the catalog, so I could link over to the site I used for info. If I put it in the Notes field it is visible on the tree info page which is great, but not clickable or even copiable.

Thanks for your great review and suggestions. You make some interesting points which we'll discuss, adding these fields might make sense yeah. We develop the app based on user input so we keep track of everything!
