The old app was not great but somehow this new version is SO MUCH WORSE! I don't even have the energy to list all the ways this app fails at being a functioning platform for ordering food. I couldn't even find confirmation that my order had been placed after several attempts each ending with a notification that in the one minute since selecting my pickup time, the time had changed. So I update to 5 minutes later and try again only to recieve the same notification and have to push out ANOTHER 5 min. In the end my order was placed but the ONLY confirmation I had that a transaction had been processed was to open my banking app and see the charge. I won't be placing another order until they either go back to the old app or completely overhaul this one.

1) The total cost before tax on two items was calculated incorrectly. 2) App forces a 15% tip with absolutely no option anywhere to change it.

More details: 1) Incorrect total cost briefly fixed itself when something else was added and then removed from the basket, but the incorrect total was displayed again on the checkout. The difference was about 20 cents, but if this happens with every customer, it becomes a lot of extra money quickly which is pretty dishonest. Happened on the app and website.

Whomever designed this app should be fired. Endless signup process with no guess checkout. PLUS it wouldn’t take my card which worked at the store so nothing wrong with it. BUT once I got those wings and swampy a$s Kim Chi, I figured out why people love this place. Wings were absolutely outstanding and flavorful in every possible way. Will visit again. Will never use app again though.
