The app does not work - charges your account but does not work

You can try updating the app and turning on permissions for the System Health app to make sure you can use all the features properly.

There are a number of membership benefits you subscribe to, including unlock all health & fitness habits; view historical data; unlock a portion of the dial; and more.

If you are still facing issues after following these answers, the App Store offers a refund service where you can fill out a refund request and request a refund. Apple will review your request and notify you of the outcome.

Super unhappy with this app!! Waste of money ☹️ The health info is no different than the health app that was originally installed on the watch when I bought it. I was expecting a bit more options for health but it actually has less than the original health app. 😠 The only difference is that this app does not accurately track. I also paid $2.99 for a watch face with all the health info I wanted but after they took my money, the watch face would not go to my watch for anything. There is no information to help with that either. App is junk!

If you are having trouble adding watch faces, you can check to see if your iWatch is properly connected to your phone and if the "BodyWave" app is installed on your iWatch. You can also find your problem on "iWatch" page -- "Help" of the app, where we offer many solutions to watch problems.

Unequal measurements

It’s great that the app lets you know how active or inactive you are. Except it really doesn’t. Her is the example I’m illustrating; I spin in a class three times a week and burn over 1000 calories on those days. The app doesn’t recognize the cycling as an activity like it does how many steps I take on any given day. The spinning is still activity. I don’t like how other activities are not recognized.
