Why does the app lose progress if I even so much as start to switch apps? I was trying to get my credit card information and without even switching apps (just peeking over at the last app in the app switcher) the app went all the way back to starting and order from scratch. It kept my cart, but made me select the location, go to cart, checkout as guest and re-input all the info. This happened several times because I wasn’t able to memorize all of my card info from the other app. There’s no reason that your app should lose all progress that quickly, especially when it keeps the cart saved but nothing else

This app is a nightmare. The interface is clunky, it’s very hard to navigate through it without losing progress, and - best of all - it charged my credit card for a purchase but errored out and the store had no record of my order. When I told them I ordered through the app, it charged me, and they didn’t have any record of the transaction or order, the guy at the store said, “Yeah, it does that sometimes.” So, you KNOW that your app charges people for orders but doesn’t send them to the store and you still promote the app on your website? Board and Brew: Great sandwiches, terrible app. Argh.

It prompts you to log in, then when I hit order my usual it asks me to log in again. Once I’ve logged in twice the app crashes and goes back to the start.

Literally unusable, the website is also very hard to use and requires me to take 15 minutes to place an order. Honestly you should take down this app as it does more harm than good to your brand name.
