iPhone Updates👎
Since the last 3 iPhone updates I have not been able to print from the App!!! Talk about messing up a good App-thanks “bug fixes”!! I have been using this App to track the building of my guitars and used to be able to print any page I wanted. Now when you select “Print” you are taken completely out of the App!!! No printing available!! Please check this out and hopefully find a solution soon. Thanks

I have used this app for at least four and a half years. I have used it for personal use and several hobbies that I have wanted to document along the way.
I recently had a lot of notes building up and I knew I needed to do a backup. I did my normal backup on this app and shortly after everything was wiped out. I didn’t think anything about losing everything because I knew I had a backup.
I tried to reload my backup multiple times and I got nothing. I reset my phone. I tried to load my backup with WiFi on and off and no luck either way. Still nothing. I thought I would take my issue up with an email to the company.
I sent them an email a week ago hoping to get a response. Honestly, since this company is a tech company I am disappointed with their customer service option. I have only been able to contact them with email and no live chat support.
So far, they have not contacted me about my backup or the issues I have had. I loved this app and I would have easily given them a five star review until I had problems and they ditched me, the customer.
Lost Everything
I’ve had this app for something like 13 or 14 years. It was great at first when the apple notes app was not well developed. A number of years ago, the app stopped being updated. Finally, an update came out, but I lost everything. Luckily I was able to revert back to an old iPhone backup on my computer. But I was not able to open the app due to it being out of date and incompatible with the OS I had. I accidentally updated it once again just now and lost EVERYTHING. Hundreds, thousands of notes, writings, journal entries, etc. I can only hope my old phone still works and has the information on it. Developers, please reach out to me if there’s a way to recover that data.
