Letting others access account

This app is garbage. Some one else created an account using my personal email id. I got an access code to my email but later the account got created even though I have not requested anything. I tried reaching out the support team and turns out the email id never exists. It's been hard to find a way to reach these guys to request them to stop some one else creating accounts or block the access to others.
