Blackstone Sleep Health 17+

This is not a good company. You called the customer service support line. You wait on hold forever and then it tells you press one to leave a message or two to hold and then it hangs up on you. You don’t even have time to press one. I’ve called them seven times you cannot get a person. I followed the instructions as indicated with the ring press start went to bed got up next morning. It never tracked anything that I did. Finally got a hold of somebody late morning and they told me that they updated the app the day before I guess a few few minutes after I downloaded the app I have no idea. So they asked me to do it again which I have to do it twice anyway. But now I downloaded the app again and it won’t let me put my information in and here. I am once again can’t get a hold of customer service. What a fantastic company to try to get anything done with. If you can’t get a hold of customer service, what kind of data is this ring gonna show my doctor? As you can tell, I’m not very happy.

Received my sleep ring Tuesday December 17th. Followed all instructions , and started sleep test when I went to bed. Got up the next morning to find that the app never recorded. Tried it again the following night, and stopped the test when I got up. When I went to verify the test it had the wrong start time, so I backed out of that page and lost all information.
I called customer support, and after 20 minutes I spoke to someone that was able to see my account. I was told that they had 2 hours of data from my first night, when the app stopped, but no data at all for the full night for the following night. This is certainly not a good method to determine if you have sleep apnea. Medicare paying for mine , but its a rip off.

I was able to get into the app and record the first night just fine, however, after that the app would never allow me to go back to the main screen. At this point, I don’t know whether it even recorded the second night or recorded over the first night on the second night that I did it. The only two screens would allow me to go to testing screen, and screen to pair up with the device. Once I paired up the device, it would only allow me to go back to the testing screen never the main page. Well at least hope it got my second night but who knows. Of course I went to call the number, on a Saturday, and their hours are a ridiculous 6 PM to 5 AM. I need to return the thing so I don’t get charged a late fee. Why would I wait that late to call again?
