Worst Ever
Don’t even know where to start.. if I could, I’d give it minus five stars. Worst user experience when it comes to getting car rides: frozen map, no alert when trips get canceled by driver, etc. Yet it still charges service fees! Just incredible... Every ride using this app is a nightmare. Seriously, hire some UX people to work on this product before forcing it on companies. Really miss using Didi and Shouqi.
Buggy and Unusable
Worked fine before the recent update. Current update crashes app everytime I open it. Only works when I switch out of the home page as soon as I open the app, but even then would sometimes cause the app to crash. Fix this please as I rely on the app for business-related bookings.
Worst App and service
The only thing worse than their app is their customer service. The most incompetent travel agent in the galaxy.
